Pull through hole method

Description

This method of joining two pieces of paracord uses wooden block with drilled hole. This creates connection that is no thicker than the paracord itself.

Instructions

1. Prepare 2 wooden blocks with a hole the size of paracord.
2. Thread each cord through its wooden block.
3. Melt the ends and press them together.
4. Pull the blocks apart.
5. Remove one of the blocks.
6. Melt the disc of previously melted cord again and pull it inside the block.
7. Remove the wooden block and scrape off excessive bits of molten cord.
