Celtic bracelet

Description

The celtic bracelet is made using three pieces of paracord which are weaved together resulting in a beautiful pattern. This bracelet does not have buckle instead it uses loop and button as a closure mechanism.

Tying

Measure and cut paracord. Bracelet in this tutorial used 3×100 cm of paracord that fits hand with 19 cm circumference.

1. Find the middle point of all cords and wrap one cord around the other two.
2. Cross the two pairs of cord, left over right. Leave a small loop on top.
3. Pass the right single cord over to the middle.
4. Pass the left single cord under the pair, over the other single cord.
5. Pass the right pair over to the middle.
6. Pass the left pair under the single, over the other pair.
7. Continue the same pattern. Cross single cords in the middle.
8. Cross double cords in the middle.
9. Continue until the desired length is reached.
10. With the single cords tie an overhand knot around the doubled cords. Pass the right single cord over both double cords and under the left single cord.
11. Pass the left single cord under and up through the loop.
12. Tighten.
13. Tie another overhand knot around the doubled cords. Pass the left single cord over both double cords and under the right single cord.
14. Pass the right single cord under and up through the loop.
15. Tighten.
16. Tie a 4 strand diamond knot with double cords.

18. Remove the slack moving the knot in place.
19. Cut and melt the ends.
20. Finished bracelet from one side.
21. Finished bracelet from the other side.
